On my way back from Cusco, I went to Puno and stayed in this hotel on September 2012. The location, view, food and service were excellent!! I highly recommend it!!! I It is situated in the Heart of the town, near by the plaza and walking distance to excellent restaurantsThe visit to Lake Titikaka is unforgetable.

We got a room with a nice little alcove with couches and a balcony. Well situated where all the action is .............. We left our luggages while going to the islands on the Titicaca lakes and the staff was very accomodating and nice. Great king size bed!

This is a great little boutique hotel a half block from all the action on the Plaza. Nice and clean, with a terrific breakfast buffet. Probably the best inclusive breakfast I've found in Peru. The staff were absolutely super, available to attend your every need.
