Just checked in today, it was a last minute booking, which I found is difficult to accomplish being its the high season here in Baguio, and it's the Philippines. My impressions so far, it's new and fairly clean. Location is good as its only a few short blocks off of Sessions Road. If hills aren't an issue, if they are... More

Very new and impressive hotel with nice front desk staff. Unfortunately, the room cleaners were dishonest by not returning my wedding ring after I had left it in the toilet only realising it after check out. The rooms in the basements have very thin walls. You can hear or communicate via the walls. Every morning, we were woken up by... More

My family stayed here March 7-9 then again March 14- 17, 2012. I have the utmost admiration to the Staff from the guard to the receptionists. " They serve with a smile". Check in only took a few minutes ( I don't know about busy days ) There were only a few customers at the time. Room is average. A... More

It's just a walking distance to Cathedral, Session Road and of course SM... The hotel is still under construction and stayed next to a room still being built. And you know what it means- no peace and quiet. And they have a bar it's just too noisy at night.. Since it's new and considering the rate I was expecting a... More

Plus: (1) Good location - walking distance to Cathedral, Session Road and SM. Since it is not directly in Session or any major road, expect to have some peace and quiet. (2) Buffet (for a fee, if not part of your room package) - good comfort food (Caution: be early, otherwise you might be eating at the lobby area). Can... More

Lobby looks just ok... Enough for you to say "good so far" Elevator nomal speed, tiny. Hallway... Dirty. Room... Stinky, musty...just... More

As of today (September 2010), the hotel, I've heard, has been torn-down. They are constructing a new, better one, which is scheduled to open by February 2011 in time for the Panangbenga Festival in Baguio. And it's always the price - if the price is still the same, then I'm definitely going back there. It's one of the budget hotels... More

The rooms don't look clean. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was clogged. Couldn't get enough sleep as there were buildings being constructed on all sides. We only stayed here because all the other decent hotels were booked. More
