We stayed at the Springside this past weekend and were delighted to find that the room was even better than we expected, the dinner was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was very good. Nice selection of craft beers at the bar. Highly recommended !

We made 11:30 am reservations for our family of five for the Sunday brunch. When we went through the buffet line the first time, many of the dishes were empty. Just as we were ready to go up for seconds to get the things we couldn't get the first time through, a group of 80-100 people from what looked like... More

We just spent four days at this historic inn and couldn't have imagined what a perfect getaway it would be. We booked Suite 23, which was spacious and as beautifully appointed as all the inn's public areas. The whirlpool tub in our bathroom was relaxing and very welcome at the end of each day. As part of our package, we... More

This is a jewel in the center of the Finger Lakes for a couple's getaway. More or less centrally located, easy run to Ithaca, Syracuse, Geneva, Rochester. There's quite a difference in the rooms, so make sure you know what you're after. Most are pretty substantial compared to your standard hotel. The restaurant (Oak & Vine) is great - the... More

We have talked about staying in this historic inn for years. This Valentine's Day our wish came true! Booking was very easy, lots of choices! Wine, choc strawberries and cheese platter a wonderful extra on our overnight. We were on the third floor of this amazingly intimate venue so the stairs a bit daunting but only a bit! Extra comfy... Quick, overnight winter getaway was wonderful. We stayed in one of the suites, which was very spacious, warmly decorated and quiet. Add the complementary bottle of wine, chocolate covered strawberries and cheese and cracker plate on arrival, plus a well-stocked bar (craft beers!) and attractive dining areas...everything was perfect. Staff was wonderful. Sunday brunch is now buffet-style and very good.... More

After check-in, we went to the restaurant and were the first guests to be seated in the dining room, at a table for two. My husband and I were visiting the Inn to celebrate our 20th anniversary and looking forward to a nice romantic evening. Half-way through our meal, a party of 5 came in and were seated at the... Found the inn on Tripadvisor. Spent a Tuesday and Wednesday night there after eating in the restaurant downstairs. Menu has reasonable prices and something for everyone. I had a squash soup with a taste of maple undertones that was delicious. Did not want the chain experience and would return for both the food and rooms.

The wonderful staff at The Springside made our impromptu elopement an absolute dream! From looking after our wedding bands in advance of the day to upgrading us to a fabulous room, organising a champagne toast over the exquisite evening dinner, everything was perfect. The Inn is beautifully decorated and situated in wonderful grounds. The key selling point is the brilliant... More

This wonderful B&B on one of the Finger Lakes is amazing! We travel to this area once or twice a year and have had the great good fortune to observe Beth and Sean Lattimore put their elegant but comfortable touch on all aspects of this lovely historic building. We highly reccomend the Inn's fantastic newly updated restauran-Oak&Vine. Definitely a year-round... More
