This is a great hotel - service, rooms, facilities & food are all great. The hotel is centrally located & several malls are walking distance from the hotel. I have stayed in the hotel 3 times & will continue to stay/recommend the hotel.

Very good traditional classi Grand Hotel, wityh all bells & whistles. Bit slow on checkin (queue), The Loby, with live classic music quintet every evening, is breathtaking. Spent six nights there. It had been a great stay. Room is clean and very well maintained. Bed is comfortable, giving good sleep. Staff are very polite. Wifi is good throughout. Receptionist was very gracious to allow us early check-in into our room as we arrived at the hotel around 6am. Most hotel would have charged us for an extra night but we were allowed to settle in free of charge. Truly appreciate above & beyond customer service as such. Room was compact but comfortable.
