The hotel needs a bad renovation. The decor in our room is great very small and clean, but the bathroom needs attention. Molds by the door and rust on the tub. I was given a travel agent discount otherwise i would have paid almost 200 hundred a night which does not much our room. I never understood why hotels in... More

I just had a one night stay in the Heritage Hotel and I was impressed. The hotel is clean and classy, with tasteful décor creating a comfortable atmosphere. This hotel is in a higher price bracket than many others, but actually provides good value for money. The staff were all very professional and helpful. Check-in was very quick and efficient.... More

I stayed here the last two nights while I was in the Philippines because it was close to the airport and had an airport shuttle. It is overpriced, and everything will cost you extra. They charge 600php for 24 internet access. The Evian 330ml bottled water was 180php. The dinner buffet was 1400php. You will pay for drinks what you... More

First of all, they give away my non-refundable prepaid room. Then the put me in a smoking room overlooking a trash pile and a freeway. But in order to give me something to do they put me in their overpriced cafe? Gimme a break. Don't stay at this dump. More

Unfortunately the Heritage is suffering from a problem many places in the Philippines have, it is getting older but is not being kept up very well, It used to be very nice, but for the price you can get a much better place. The televisions are very old 19-21 inch sets; most places in this price range have larger flat... More

I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport for business reasons. Unlike some other hotels in the immediate area, it is clean and secure with staff who are friendly, professional and helpful. I upgraded to the Millennium Club, which was definitely worthwhile as it offered the use of a quiet cafe area, where breakfast and very good... More

Had difficulties upon booking as they only replied to some of my emails. Needed to go through all these due to a corporate rate. Check-in wasn't pleasant either, a well groomed staff immediately disappeared to take photocopy of passport before welcoming a guest properly and kept changing PC terminals and talking with her colleague in local language. Didn't feel quite... More

Although it is a beautiful hotel the rooms need to be fixed. The mold in the bathroom was a total turn off. So was the pool area. I looked horribly out and smelled weird I change my mind about swimming in it. In fact I would have rather swam in Manila Bay. My second day there my water started dripping... More
