It's more like an inn. Kind of old rooms but clean and with clean bathroom. Price is just right for the accomodation The location is very good which is accessible to 2 main roads in Davao. It was in the middle of the Kadayawan festivities and right across Aldevinco which is famous for the native products available as pasalubong.

Not much to say on this one other than my advice is dont even consider staying at this antiquated dirty dingy excuse for an Hotel ! don't believe the pics you may find online .
