Handy budget hotel for an overnight stay close to airport with a shuttle service. Rooms small, outdated, a little smelly/stuffy and not the cleanest. Bad sound proofing and a few bugs in the room. Hotel Cesario's advantage is its close proximity to the Mactan airport..... It had decent rooms and cheap nightly rates good for overnight stay. however, I woke up with bites on both my arms, which I later confirmed were bed bug bites . I rate this hotel highly It's in a convenient location intersecting the two connecting bridges to Cebu city and mandaue I found the rooms clean and quiet the rooftop pool was great with excellent views and the restaurant served a very good breakfast

They have clubbed this hotel with adjacent bellavista hotel,, n give you liberty to use all those amenities of its sister hotel..... The staff is very sweet n cooperative..... Cesario have a free pick up service to/from the airport. The rooms are very simple, no windows, but aircon. You can use the pool at Bellevista hotel next door for free. Breakfast is included and OK. The hotel is recommended for a one night stop over before heading on to your next destination.

We stayed for 5 days in the hotel and we were satisfied. The staffs were so friendly and accommodating. The price is cheaper.
