“clean comfortable even if small”

I've been here with a group of 16 people for 5 nights, we basically filled up the hotel. We found COURTESY and full assistance to book restaurants and taxi, alarm in the morning, they borrowed us a laptop for short use (to check mailbox) for free. WI-fi in rooms was working well. The hotel ticks all the right boxes for price and cleanliness etc but as for customer service - there is none! The mini bar didnt have what it said it would have and a bottle was opened. We told reception - OK they said. Whatever that means. Also the shower door was broken and it took 5 minutes of jiggling... More

Never thought I would be going to Roumania, but it turned out I had to attend a conference at the University in Cluj. The hotel Capitol was small, no lift, but it had excellent staff who were most helpful, free email access, great breakfast, had a phone as well as airconditioning and cost only €45 a night.
