The hotel is not far from the red square; close to museums. New rooms, possibility to have launch and dinner in hotel. It is nice but not really beautiful. For business it's ok. Just a girl at the reception is kind; the other ones, not so much. The food is not really good but, there is a big menù with... More

As the hotel is close to our subsidiary, I like to stay here. It is a good business hotel, close to the river, os it is nice to take a walk outside. Hotel also arranges taxis (you can bill them directly on your room) and the breakfast and service overall is ok. Good price-value ratio. Recommended for business travellers, as... More

Wonderful place to stay for a business trip or a sightseeing tour close to Kremlin and city centre. The hotel is freshly equiped, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet is wonderful We dined in a restaurant located closely and enjoyed the atmoshere as well. Comfortably located to use the public transportation. Will go back again with... More

I was booked into the Park Inn Sadu by a travel agent after requesting the Radisson Slavanskaya, being told that this was a newer four star property. Not even close to a four star property. Let's start with the service, receptionists were not helpful and appeared uninterested in helping the guests. In the restaurant, staff were consistently sitting on the... More

I stayed here for four nights and was very pleased. The staff spoke excellent English and the breakfast buffet was extensive (and included!). Just a 15 minute walk to the Tretiakov Gallery and another 15 to Red Square. I a would definitely stay here again if I ever get back to Moscow. More

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel in the framework of a business trip with about 1day free for sightseeing. It is perfectly situated for seeing the area of the Kremlin. I was offered a quiet room on the side of the hotel not on the street and it was excellent;my colleague got a room on the street 5th floor... More

I am frequent visitor to Moscow. I have stayed at a number of the fancy hotels in Moscow, (the Lotte, Park Hyatt, to name a few) but I prefer this place. A few reasons - Location The location cannot be beat. It is literally 5 minutes from the Polyanka Metro stop, and a quick hop to Paveletsakaya, easy access to... More

I was just unlucky I guess. The hotel is in a good location 15 minute walk to Kremlin, 30 minutes to Red Square. Easy to find and has some supermarkets nearby, not many restaurants though and none with an English language menu. But then it rained, the hotel is new and almost boutique, albeit a bit tired in places, but... More

I stayed here in February. Room rate good enough for Moscow when you compare it elsewhere. Bedrooms a bit tired and restaurant kind of drab but pizzas were good. Handy to Starbucks, supermarket and the underground. Too many working ladies in the lobby I noticed in the lobby - rough as he'll and don't know why they let them in.... More

Overall, this hotel was perfect. Clean rooms, helpful staff, proper food, free Wifi/internet (maybe ThePenguinGuy was using the wrong Wifi hotspot?) and a nice atmosphere. Check-in was done in under a minute. As we were late arriving, all we had to to was hand over the passport and we got the room key! The passport was returned later. Rooms were... More
