Pass through here very regularly. Hotel is basic but comfortable as all room are apartment types and have facilities for cooking. Location is pretty central in Yuzhno so not too far to walk if you like, taxis are readily available and cheap. Indian restaurant next to hotel but pricy, food not too bad. The Natalya is 32 apartment style units which have large rooms, large windows, high ceilings and a retro feel. All units have a kitchenette with fridge, sink, and table with chairs.
