Rooms are ok, service was toward the poor side. Yana was nice, the others not so much. If you want your room cleaned leave your key at the desk or they use that as an excuse why they didn't clean it- as if they have no other key to enter. Small hotel in perfect central location. Very quiet rooms, as located 2nd row behind busy Nevsky prospect. If you follow the signs for "Anabel hotel" and go to 3rd floor, you can't miss it. The breakfast is extremely simple, better to go out. Otherwise all was fine, I will come there again.
