I stayed there for two nights. Excellent location. 2 minutes from Admiralteyskaya metro station and in 5 minutes from Dvortsovaya square. Very easy to get to any district. Nice view. Good meal. Very friendly atmosphere. Staff is very helpful.

My Wife and me stayed 2 nights in ST Petersburg in the Angleterre Hotel. The location is great, in the center of everything- All the main sites are reachable by foot in max 10-15 min. The Eremitage and St Isaacs cathedral is just in front of the hotel.
