Everything about it is good, but best of all is the attitude of the super-helpful and friendly staff. You can't hang around reception for five minutes without being offered something to drink! Twenty minutes walk or so from the historic centre of St. P, three minutes from the metro on Nevsky Prospekt. What more could you ask?
