Hotel Kolvi is not far to the center of Kazan. It takes 10 - 15 minutes by walk. The hotel is difficult for finding, especially by the car. Area around the hotel is not very kind attractive. + nice spacious rooms (studio) with a bathtub
+ sauna
- hotel itself is more like a sauna with rooms :)
- location is far from centre, not a very nice area

Reviewer - a tourist, visting friends in Kazan
Kolvi was clean and a nice place to stay.
There was filtered (bottled) cold water readily available. Hot water for tea was also available.
They promptly fixed a couple minor problems.
