Lesnaya 7 is located in Bolshie Koty on the Lake Baikal shore. It is only reachable by ship or a 20km walk along the shore from Listvyanka. Instead of the expensive hotels and souvenir stands in Listvyanka, Bolshie Koty has exclusively wooden houses, free-roaming horses and cows - there are no cars or even stores anywhere in the village.
