Most of the staff were friendly, except one soviet style lady who still had the attitude that customers are to be handled as pigs. The "structure" of the room (walls, ceiling, doors) seems to be original and very nice, with classical lavish plaster decoration in the ceiling. Recently stayed here for a week. Clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, friendly, affordable, good air conditioner and fridge. Great windows/views. Very good laundry service. Nice Staff. Wi Fi not reliable. Great cafe (Grand Cafe) next door. Stayed in a standard room (I guess...our local partners made the reservation), for a total of 3,000 Rubles (which included a 600 Ruble reservation charge...not passport registration, but reservation).
