I have stayed at the Intourist a few times, I even had my wedding there in May 2006. It is a great hotel and they tried really hard to please. The secret was to get the staff motivated into helping you as they will never voluteer! Don't expect western style service and rooms, but the rooms are comfortable and clean. More
