Great, clean and tidy. Good location, arround 5 mins to the sea, and 15 to Rashed mall good service in-room dining I have eaten Shawarma and Biryani, they were delicious. Only one thing was not perfect, the main restaurant is not clean enough, of course I'm talking about decoration not food.

The room are very clean and teddy. very good look outside park weave this property has very exact place for staying in Al khobar. All shopping mall reachable within 10 to 15 minute. Room rates are cheap if we compare with other hotels as servise and quality in Akhobar. All staff are very friendly.

Comparing it to the rest, it's the best there for the value of money. It's new and it looks clean and presentable. I always stay there when I go for my business meetings. Location wise is good and located in middle of al khobar so close to everything...

Neat,clean and well sized rooms. Decent location with food outlets within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast is average, both selection and service can improve further. Overall a good option for biz travel as room pricing is good value compared to other nearby hotels
