Fantastic is the only word I can describe this excellent hotel, nice location, professional and friendly staff especially Miss Faiza, Supervisor Reservation and Business Centre. A good selection of restaurants with great ambience makes it ultimate choice of the business and leisure travellers. My full marks to this excellent facility!!!!!

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Friendly and efficient staff, who stay out of your face when you don't need or want anything. Room was very comfortable, with smart, modern decor. Fitness centre was nice and the outdoor pool was excellent.

“Perfect location, Service, Room and view.”

Stayed at the renovated room which has a modern look and the bathroom is very nice. An overhead shower which is something to enjoy. The service and breakfast was very nice so no feason to complain. “Great modern hotel”

The hotel has recently been renovated. Very comfortable rooms and bed. New design is a little too modern for me. Good choice of restaurant too. Location is perfect if you need to be Al Khobar area. Definetly recomemded.

Back again here. I have stayed in room 353 if u need wireless Internet, you'll will not use it in this room because of the lack of coverage. It is also noted that breakfast restaurant's waiters are not polite enough, except the chef from who cooks the eggs, he is very nice guy.

Stayed at a room on 6th floor for business. Excellent view of the corniche. One drawback of staying at this floor that the wi-fi signals were very weak. I had to work in the lobby to get good coverage. Rooms are beautifully decorated along with the quiet corridors. I was told it is recently renovated and it shows as well.... More

This hotel is very well appointed and has a good choice of 4 eatery. The Gym. And Sauna is a good size and is well used. It is an ideal hotel for Business Meetings and Confernces. It is certainly one of the best in the Eastern province. Internet access and speed was the only disappointment.
