I would like to thank the Staff at the Madinah Movenpick Hotel for their warm welcome and excellent service. We booked this hotel at the last minute and hoped for the best, but we were not disappointed. The staff at reception, our large room and the delicious breakfast made it a truly enjoyable stay. Yes I would recommend this hotel...

When you stay at the Medinah Movenpick, you can see that in it's heyday, it indeed was a premier luxury hotel. Yet unfortunately, that heyday has passed many ions ago. Today the hotel has the basic makings of a five-star hotel... albeit covered in dirt. The hotel rooms were all tired to the degree that the switches or even elevator...

The rooms in Madinah...

The booking was done through their website, which automatically included the "Pay Two & Get One Free" (pay for 2 nights and 3rd night is free). The per night charge is approx. US$106 (SR400). The online booking mentioned upon check-in we would have the...

Alhamdulillah it was a great stay for us. As for all hotels in Haramain, if you are booking through an agent it is better if the representatives are present when u check in or at least they are a phone call away. We stayed in a four bed single room. There were no pots and the elec. Stove was disconnected...

Our flight arrived 14 hrs late in Medina and even though our booking started from the previous day (payment made in advance), we were told on arrival that our booking was from the next day!! and to make matters worse, none of the reception employees spoke good English which made communication nearly impossible. When I asked them to allow me...
