“Spg is realy working!!”

We arrived to the hotel and showed our Spg card which somehow I forgot to make a note of it once we booked the hotel. At the reception they immediately upgrades us as Spg members to room number 920 which is an executive room. I was surprised (it never happened before..) Nothing was overrated with this hotel. Starting from the Reception through the quality of rooms and location. “Pleasant Stay”

Only spent two nights here as part of a tour group and made little use of the many amenities. However, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet pleasing and plentiful. Others who traveled with us found offered the same opinions.

“Very nice hotel right next to the metro line”

Very comfortable western style business hotel with a mostly English speaking staff. Clean, quiet, excellent food. The location by a metro stop gives easy access to the various sites in Xi'an. Not especially interesting in any way, but no problems at all.

4 of us stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour around China and of the 4 hotels we stayed in, this was the best. The room was very spacious and modern. Service from the staff were excellent which is pleasantly surprising since china's hotel service aren't really known for their excellent service.
