One of my best hotel experience in china. The one bedroom suite I stayed has everything I need (kitchenette was very well equipped and stocked). Big room and living room. Only minus point was the rain shower that do not work too well, it sprays water everywhere and not 'rain drops'....

I am a regular guest at Oakwood, Hangzhou. The service continues to improve. The quality of food has improved. Above all, Laura in reception is excellent. She is always exceedingly polite and efficient and deserves special mention.

Apartment style 5-star accom with kitchen, sofa and plenty of space. Becomes very attractive if you can get a corporate rate. Pool, gym and breakfast are all top-class. Let down only by the English level of most of the staff. Location may not suit a first-time tourist who wants to be on the lake, but very comfortable for business travel.
