The hotel looks impressive online, but the rooms are rather old and in need of considerable repair. Towels were tattered. The service is pleasant but lacking in professionalism. The food served in the restaurant was cold and unappetizing.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much. The buildings seem new and are well decorated. The lawns and fountains were well maintained. The outdoor pool looked beautiful but disappointingly it was closed, although it was about 28 degrees and sunny. The indoor pool was fine though, with clean locker rooms. We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a multi-city China tour. We were impressed at first. The lobby was very pretty and featured a huge fish tank filled with koi.
