We stayed at the hotel in May 2012 when we visited some friends in Kyoto. The hotel is just 10 minutes away from JR (Shinkansen) Kyoto Central Station. Easy walking to the center,lots of good food around the area, advised to eat lunch in the high rise shopping stores, this was good advice as the food was good and reasonably priced. Hotel fine for the purpose as the city offers so much to spend you time on.{2005}
