I was very happy to select this hotel though it was not near the station.
The view was perfect from my room .Unlike other Japanese hotels, single room had a double size (full size) bed.I had breakfast on the top floor restaurant which was quite scenic.

I found this large city centre western-style hotel in Nagano city centre to be good value. I was visiting as a tourist in August which is outside of the winter-sports season and it cost me just under £100 in total for two nights.
Located within a mile or so of the station, and the main central tourist site of Zenki-jo....
