Amongst many hotels in Osaka area, I'd say this is the best hotel in terms of Price / Location /Service.
Probably because this hotel is build as "mutual aid for public school teachers", mainly for the teachers welfare/benefits. (Anyone can stay here.)
Its service, room/furniture and atmosphere are quite good, sufficient and comfortable.
