Room very clean and nice , but small , have TV and free internet service(LAN cable connect),very close with New Osaka Station.Lobby staff can say little bit english and very helpful. nearby have a big electric super market and bowling city.

If you can get out of the right exit, it's very easy to find. The problem is that you might get lost easily inside the JR station. This is what happened to me.
