Not much to say here, really. An easy walk from Hankyu Umeda station (and hence the JR Osaka station) so the location is good. Check-in smooth. Rooms are western size and standard. And clean. Wired Internet free and worked fine. Nothing _not_ to like in this place. I did not try their breakfast, by the way.
