Shanti the telephone operator is so beautiful in and out like a angel made in heaven. Aside from her unexplicable beauty more like a miss World in the runner up contest and her never exhausting smile , she is a queen , gracious , courteous , sweet humble and efficiently answers to the guest needs One can never be able to differenciate between a real heavenly angel and Shanti , furthermore i stayed here many time with from 2015 and she and the chinese manager Steven Soo and the all time Favourite Fauzi were the mates no one can ever forget. Shanti is sexy , preetty kind and a pure sweetheart from the bottom of all hearts.Love Mandarin Court

just outside the CBD was perfect for our group as we were based at the stadium across the road, close for city sight seeing. room was huge for one, had everything I needed, great view out over the city and stadium, staff were great and one guy in particular had huge sense of humor which I found unusual for these parts but loved it, was a bit more than I wanted to pay BUT in the end I thought it good value for money, breakfast was good and plenty of it and well located with restaurants close by

We arrived before 9am and as with all hotels, the room wasn’t available that early but front desk staff were lovely and suggested that we get changed in the pool toilets before heading out for the day, They stored our cases for later. We had trouble getting a taxi to take us to the Botanical Gardens so they sorted one for us. The room was clean and had everything we needed but the hotel could benefit from a bit of modernisation. Breakfast was basic but fine for what we required. The Monorail into central KL was so easy to use and really convenient and cheap and just a few minutes walk from hotel. Recommend this hotel for the purpose of staying during a sightseeing holiday

We arrived after a long frustrating day of travel only to find the room we ordered did NOT have wifi in the room. We specifically chose this hotel for the in-room wifi. We also booked a king bed in a non-smoking room. The first room had a king sized bed and nothing else, we had to ARGUE with the desk clerk to get what we paid for. Don’t be fooled if you book a “superior” room, there is no internet in any of those. Eventually we were given a room with wifi and a king bed after they tried to give us a room with two singles. That room STUNK like stale cigarettes. We put up with it for the first night, but the next morning insisted on a non-smoking room. Overall this was one of the dirtiest hotels we have ever stayed in with filthy windows and badly soiled carpets. FINALLY we got what we paid for! Also, this hotel caters to bus tour groups so be prepared to be overwhelmed when a hundred or more people show up being loud, pushy and rude... not a pleasant stay. We left a day early. On a happy note we found a great new restaurant about 100 meters south (left as you exit) of the hotel on the same side of the road called Briyani Village. Great food at a good price.

The establishment has, in the past, been a quality place to stay. Unfortunately the rooms have not been maintained and really need to be refurbished. Despite this, the rooms are clean and of reasonable size (we had a king bed room). The entrance and dining area are quite attractive. The staff are the establishment's jewel, particularly Faiza. She was incredible in managing so many situations and doing it with ease and style. Great lady! Other staff showed a similar dedication to the role they played and certainly made our stay worthwhile. I'd go back again no problems and, I'd hope for the staff's sake, that the owners put some resources into refurbishing this place .... it'd then be a great place to stay.

We stayed 4 nights at the Mandarin Court. Had to book last minute because the other hotel we had booked cancelled our reservation, so it was pretty expensive. Our stay was good, nothing exceptional. The room was comfortable but extremely cold because of the AC that would always turn on when we left the room. The room and halls smelled of cigarette. The swimming pool was disappointing, it's not exactly what we had expected. We did not try the restaurant. However the location is good, a few stops from basically anywhere in Kuala. We would stay there again if no better choice. The staff was always nice.

As a 3* hotel I was satisfied. The room were clean but our room smell smoke. The minibar just have mineral water, tea bag and coffee mate sachet. The roof pool was new experience for me but we couldn’t see the city. The hotel was far from the center of city, It was near the China town. I don’t know, why do the hotels get 10RM in addition, per one night?! The breakfast didn’t have variety and we should have the repetitious meals every day! In any case, I liked Mandarin Court!

Did a 4 days 3 night booking with them and it was a really decent and good stay. Location was great actually, almost just 10 - 15 min drive away to places like KLCC / Berjaya times square / Petaling streets. (Uber / grab between 6 - 12RM ) Breakfast was alright, nothing interesting. favourite part : Bathtub in the room !

Value for money. Room without window are much cheaper but still come with complete facilities. Room space also just nice for 2 people. Fast check in / check out process and free parking for hotel guest. Overall, we had wonderful stay at Mandarin Court.
