I stayed in the single room with fan. It was a good price considering that the hotels in this area are 3 or 4 times more expensive, but not necessarily that much better.
There's free wifi and drinking water which is good. Plus it's a short walk to a lot of things you want to see. Restaurants are also close...

The location is pretty good if shopping is what you are looking for. Apart of the noise we don't have anything specific to complain about, it was pretty clean, but just the feel of the place was sooo depressing! After a long day of walking around, you want a warm welcoming place to come back to...for us, this wasn't it!
