This is one of the most horrifying and lousiest hotels I have ever stayed. I chose this Hotel due to its proximity to my place of appointment. However, the stay really gave me the creep and left much to be desired. It looks nice on the surface and in the website but.....it is really a big "let-down". Even though is... More

We stayed here for a business trip. Arriving late at night our booking had been mixed up and they only had one room instead of our three booked rooms. At no time during check were we advised : - you need to turn on a light switch looking button 10 minutes before you want to have a shower to get... More

Far from KL in Sri Hartamas, not worth staying here unless your office is very close by (nothing else in the area). Check-in was reasonably quick and friendly. The coridors are reminiscent of a brighly lit factory. On getting into the room it was filthy and stank. It took nearly 20mins for the front desk to respond with a room... More

The pros: - Friendly reception - Decent breakfast spread - Short drive (15mins) away from KL city centre - Suburban shopping mall just opposite - Free wi-fi The cons: - It was really difficult finding this place initially. Poor signage (just a small signage at the front part of the building) leading to the place so we had to circle... More

I went there with a couple of friends and we booked the standard rooms meant for two. My review would be as follows:- Location: the place is rightly situated at the heart of KL. it is just a stone throw's away from KLCC and the KL High Court. Mont' Kiara, Hartamas and Publika, the expat hangout place famed for its... More

Located in a suburban area with a shopping mall close by, we spent a night here with our 4 month old just for a mini getaway. The units are very much like private residences, tastefully furnished, rather new-ish in a quiet area with many shoplots yet to be occupied. The mall is a short walk across an overhead bridge with... Likes: 1) Nice lobby, swimming pool, coffee-bar. 2) Walking bridge straight to a large shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. Dislikes: 1) Although rooms are modern, they reflect very poor workmanship and are not practical: there are barely any electric plugs (and none next to your desk for plugging your laptop), workers left their handprints and stains a bit everywhere,... Stayed there from end of March with family.Unfortunately it is not a family oriented hotel.Suites was in different building from reception , no bell boy service to carry your luggage , room was at the far corner of the building which is next to a construction site.Luckily there were minimal noise or we were too tired to care. As for... More

Stayed in a studio apartment. Boy, was i impressed when stepped in! Although new (opened in Aug 2011 i think), this hotel had everything. The studio apartment is like a holiday house of my own, equiped with kitchen facilities and stove for cooking, a fridge (not minibar ya) and even a washing machine! What more can i ask for? The...
