Clean and cheap. The location is strategic and near from public transportation and restaurant. The staffs are friendly. I like the idea not wearing sandals and shoes in the room. The wifi is good even in the room, but the room is dark because of no window.

Simple and good price. The receptionists went through all the information we needed to know. Some of the other people in the dorm were a bit noisy but overall good experience. Main concern was safety but lockers and locks are provided (5 ringgit more)

we stayed in serenity for 2 night, this place is great, very comfortable, good wifi and very clean. placed in bukit bintang so you can go around serenity for all day long. the staff management is very nice and helpfull.

Very nice hostel to stay for budget travelers. Hot water,wi-fi, very attractive price, comfortable lobby and common place to communicate with other travellers. Location is not bad, 10 mins walk from monorail station.
