Awesome location and great rooms. Very tidy and service was excellent. The bed was very very comfortable and the Its right next to a main road but the rooms were so quiet and you couldn't hear the traffic. Krispy Kreme over the road with 2 doughnuts and a coffee for $1.20 = Win! There's a 7/11 just 50m down the... More

Checked-in early around 10am but couldn't fault them as the normal check in hours is around 2pm. Was told that the room will be ready in an hour but we decided to leave the bags at the porter. Room size was quite good at 32m2 but surprisingly, the toilet was so small. All the previous toilets in the rooms i've... More

Stayed at Melia twice and I loved the hotel. Reasonable price, great location, directly in front of Imbi station. Berjaya Times Square is across the overhead bridge. Sungei Wang is 2 mins walk away. Bukit Bintang is about 10 mins away. Buffet breakfast is good. Rooms are big. It would be better if there's free wifi. Sungei Wang is good... More

The furniture in the lobby was shabby and stained as was the carpet in the passages leading to the rooms. The furniture in our room was old and worn out as the springs in the desk chair had collapsed. The staff at reception were not very friendly or helpful and we were unable to obtain batteries for the TV remote... More

Really good place to stay, great location opposite Times Square and the Imbi Monorail. Easy walk to Bintang main street and jalan Aloor. The Level was worth the extra for the lovely service, and the happy hour! very social and fun, and considering prices down the street for drinks this was a better bonus than I first thought More

Their staff is really uninformed and will easily misguide you, at the end you will be charged with exorbitant fees. No matter what you complain or explain their attitude is their staff is correct and force you to pay. Really disappointed with the stay in this hotel. More

We had a 2 night stopover Melia Hotel which we had booked at a good rate through Expedia but without breakfast. On arrival the hotel offered buffet breakfast at half price if we agreed upfront, which we did. Checked into room which was clean and large with twin beds, so that snoring would not affect holiday harmony. Bathroom a bit... More

Front desk and resturant service standard need to be improved. Staff appeared indignant and unfriendly. I asked for a scramble egg during breakfast and was told to 'wait ar' twice. Some 10 mins have elapsed and i went back to the egg section twice but cook ws cookinh for other guests and no apology was accorded. Check in & check... More

Stayed three nights to break the flight from Amsterdam. The staff were excellent, room was great and the hotel was well located. We chose to upgrade to " The Level" as our room was not available when we arrived at 7am. It was great to be able to go into the lounge and relax with a hot or cold drink.... More
