Unfortunately the staff are not attentive at all... I felt they were lazy...Our check in was not informative...we were given no info on the hotels facilities... Our room was left open twice by the cleaning staff! Not once were we offered tea at breakfast- and we were refused breakfast on our first day! I wouldn't stay here ever again!

Not one I would recommend at all. Staff didn't really do their job. Although some of them were nice we didn't get told anything about the hotel or offered tea/coffee at breakfast. Our room was left open by the cleaning staff. Would come here again!

Have stayed in this hotel several times due to its strategic location. It is nicely located at bukit bintang area whereby it's a shopping heaven for all tourists! Room rate is reasonable, ans the food price for its room service is reasonable too! A recommended hotel to stay in KL!!

I stayed here twice, once for two nights and then again for a single night. We were in the same room both times suggesting they are not too busy.
