I had a superior room for 100 RM, at the front on the street side with a window. Good A/C, wifi was a little weak. It was a real hotel, not a backpacker place. Would stay there again. People were friendly and you're right in the middle of the action in China Town.

Hotel is middle of the Petaling street which is closed from the traffic in the evenings. Be prepared for 5min walk from taxi or 10min from MRT. Hotel is not very easy to find.
