Swiss Inn is located in China Town in KL right next door to the markets. Close distance to the Mono Rail and local railway station. Breakfasts were good. Other meals at the restaurant were average, better off eating somewhere else. It is not a five star hotel but very adequate. Staff very helpful.

Hotel is made up of two shophouses units, back to back..so the reception faces Jalan Sultan, and the back entrance/exit is via their cafe on ground floor that exits directly into Chinatown...so food is very handy. Hi. It's a nice place. Hotel staff is very co operative. Check in time is 14.00 but since I reached a little early they were ready to allot the room on request. The entrance looks a little shabby but the interiors and rooms are pretty nicely done and well maintained. I wish they had bell boys to carry the luggage.... More

Modern comfortable hotel in chinatown with direct access onto main hawker shopping area. Good breakfast. Big comfy bed in standard room. Small bathroom but nice shower. TV channels bit limited. Cleaning staff very friendly. Reception staffed seemed overworked, often long queues at peak times but not a major issue. Generally very good value in one of SE Asia's pricier cities.

Rooms are nice and clean. The staff is really friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, with a lot of local samplers. The inn was quiet inside, but outside, it was in the middle of everything. You won't go hungry in this side of town. Great three days in Malaysia. Full of Southeast Asian charm. Worth every penny I spent.
