First of all, one should note that this is a serviced apartment kind of acco and strictly not a hotel. We stayed here for three nights and liked the place as a good place for a big family. Location is convenient - in centre of the city, near shopping malls and Twin towers at a short distance. On Apartment: We... More

Rooms a good size, but with basic kitchens that are dated. The breakfast is served outside next to a small swimming pool. I think you could find a better hotel. I did and am now staying at a serviced apartment 100 meters away on Jalan Nagasri. More

The apartment is clean and well-maintained. They provide just about everything you might need - cutlery, crockery, ironing board, work desk, etc. There's a decent gym and a small pool. The downside is that the location isn't fantastic. It is quite a walk and if you have young children or older folk, getting to Bukit Bintang will take awhile and... More

I stayed here on my own for a couple of days and then with a friend for night and both of us loved it! The residential suites have EVERYTHING that you could possibly need while on vacation and is located very close (literally a 7 min walk) from the heart of Bukit Bintang! It is really easy to get taxis... More

Stayed two nights in Nov'11. The 2-bedrooms apartment was spacious for family of 5. Located near Bukit Bintang shopping belt yet a distant away from the heavy traffic. Upon arriving the apartment, we thought there may be some safety issue as the place looks deserted with the construction and dim street light. However, it was pretty safe if you walk... More

Stayed 5 nights at Somerset and loved how much space there was in the 2BR apartments! Shower pressure was excellent also. Breakfast was basic but included in price, housekeeping could have taken more notice of our requirements (eg provide more amenities when we had thrown them out!). Location is a bit out of the way for KL but within 10... More

The location is a bit frustrating at the 1st sight (construction work + smelly narrow streets nearby), but generally it is very close to Bukit Pitang shopping district and monorail station. We stayed in 2-bedroom apartment and it was really large and airy. All necessary things in kitchen, we bought cheap sushi from supermarket and ate in the hotel. From... More
