stayed here in this budget hotel, price is very cheap but they got nice and clean rooms. They have daily housekeeping by friendly staffs. they got good airconditioning and hot shower. they even have coffee making facilities inside the room which i actually do not expect as i just paid so little. this is definitely value for money.
