Stayed here for two nights in march before continuing to the island Palawan. Rooms are small but clean and ours didn't have any windows! It's close to the Robinson mall, but the neighborhood can be a little doggy at night, which I think is normal for Manila!

Have stayed at the Lotus Garden on many occasions for one or two nights, The stgandard rooms are very small but are clean and quiet. The room I stayed in the bathroom had been recently refurbished and was a great improvement to previous rooms I had stayed in at the hotel.
