We stayed on the 33 floor for 4 nights. The room was clean, spacious and nice bathroom. Blast in the morning was a full buffet with a nice variety of hot and cold dishes. I recently traveled to asia and truly enjoyed the service levels and location at this place. We had a wonderful time here and plan to visit again. The staff were excellent. All the amenities were great In our room, it was very quiet. Great location to a lot of nice restaurants and sights. would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms stank, there was mould in the bathroom, the carpet looked liked it had not been cleaned in years. I had to get one of my staff moved from her room becasue the smell was so terrible. I will never stay here again.

My little family and I had so much fun when we stayed there last Black Sat til Easter Sunday. Very accomodating staff and crew. We stayed in a Superior room.
