Having booked the hotel through thomson on a package deal, we arrived at this hotel at 2.00a.m, only to find the hotel all in darkness. After spending one hour outside the hotel, the thomson bus driver finally got us into the hotel next door. (Cemre hotel). went with my husband and mum who is 80,we arrive 6am our room stunk of damp and mums light played up, in the morning we were facing a wall, lovey view ha,we asked to change but they said we had to pay £50,we had no choice, but they did this to most people to make money.there is no lift so... More
