“Very poor customer service”

The manager, Chase, refused to make any attempt to solve the problem and ultimately refused to speak to me in person about why my family did not have the room we reserved. “Excellent stay”

The hotel was easy to find, right off of I35. We were in a traffic jam in Oklahoma City and arrived later than expected. the men at the desk were very friendly and gave us directions to a restaurant. The room was clean and the beds felt wonderful! We would definitely stay there again!

“Easy and pleasant stay”

We had a clean (it seems new) and relatively spacious room with double beds. The man who checked us in on Saturday afternoon was personable and helpful. I'd recommend it. There was a little bit more noise from above than we're used to—something akin to apartment living, but not enough to ruin our stay.
