I travel often for work, and this place is convenient, quiet, clean, the owners are friendly and helpful and the rates are very reasonable. I travel to Ashland 4-5 times a year and always stay here. The location is convenient, right across from SOU with good restaurants within walking distance. The free breakfast always has hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, toast, yogurt, juices. Great internet service, new TVs, comfy beds-I would highly recommend this place.
