Enjoyed our 3 day stay at the Palm. Our room was fine with an attached kitchenette where we were able to fix breakfast every day and keep our drinks cold in the refrigerator. There was a nice shady outdoor sitting area just outside our room. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It was a pleasant about 1 mile... More

We were so fortunate when we came across The Palm about 6 years ago. We travel back and forth between Seattle and Palm Springs twice a year and often go through Ashland. We ALWAYS try to stay at The Palm. As a matter of fact, if we can't get a room, we usually keep driving!!! This older motel has been... More

We've stayed at the Palm a few times over the years and have always been charmed by its style, attention to detail and friendly atmosphere. But they don't rest their laurels on nostalgia and fresh flowers - the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The best part of my vacation in Ashland was laying by the salt water... More

Like the cacoon that was grandma's cabin - where you could cuddle up, with no worries - and wake to the smell of percolating coffee, and pancakes made with fresh picked huckelberries! I am in hotel/motels more than 200 nights a year and this place was a delightful treat to arrive at late at night, and road worn. Slept late... More

We've stayed in the Palm a half dozen times and will always go back when we have occasion to stay in Ashland. They've taken what must have been an old 1950's style "motor court" and renovated it in such a way that saves the ambience of those days while at the same time making it smart, clean, and comfortable. The... More

This was our first time at The Palm and will not be our last! Over the years we've tried many different places to stay in Ashland. This is a winner! My husband and I met our 25-year-old daughter in Ashland for a weekend of plays. The layout of the room was perfect for us: two queen beds, but rather than... More

My husband and I wanted a weekend away from home, so we chose the Luxury King room. The grounds are beautiful and all in bloom, the pool area is wonderful (though it wasn't yet open), and the cottages are close to everything. The service was impeccable and having a refrigerator, microwave and fresh organic coffee daily was nice as well... More

The units are like cottages from single rooms to kitchen accommodations. The gardens are lush, lots of green grass, outdoor tables and chairs, fountains. Very satisfying to sit outside and enjoy your personal refreshment. The pool opens on May 1, but it was ready. There were many lounges covered by huge canopies and the pool premises looked very comfortable for... More

Stayed here on the recommendation of a friend, and was glad I did. Friendly, helpful staff. Very pleasant grounds. Comfortable beds in clean, nicely appointed room. It is about a mile to walk to downtown, which I didn't do, but just because of the weather while here. On the other hand, as the visit was "off-season" I never had a... More

Comfortable, quiet rooms. Wonderful pool. Easy walk to downtown and the theatre. Also handy to the Morning Glory breakfast and lunch restaurant. Friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful landscaping! The only time we have stayed somewhere else is the time the Palm was fully booked.
