I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for a personal trip (for a Penn State game). My boyfriend paid for the room and I do not know what the rate was for this stay.
I was concerned about this hotel based on the confusing reviews. After my stay, I have a better understanding of the conflicting reviews.
My boyfriend made...

We had the opportunity to stay at this motel September 2011. It was disgusting, It was dirty and in disrepair. It looked as if it has not been updated since it was built. The wall paper was pealing off the wall, the curtains did not close, the pool was dirty, the carpets were stained and there is only one elevator that was...

For the price they are charging at this place I would choose another hotel. The lobby is nice but the place is a dump! You will feel like you were in a basement/motel. The decor is from the early 80's and the heat and A/C units are about from the same era.
Someone in our group checked in and found...

I reserved our room on the Ramada 1-800 number because their website was down when I was making the reservation. I was told (and sent an e-mail confirmation indicating) that I had a "business class" room which included a desk and fridge. I was traveling with my spouse and two small children, so it is nice to have a little...

Only good thing about this hotel was the lobby. If you want to use your lap top computer the only place it will work is the lobby. Outdated hotel needs alot of work.Only good thing that its close to the resturant Outback which has excellent value and food.

Reluctantly stayed at this hotel on July 16th because every other hotel in the region was booked. It appears this place has not had a face lift since the 80"s. I knew we were in trouble when we pulled up to the total absence of any landscaping, cracked concrete and dirty windows. There is no security on the exterior doors,...

The room was clean and my kids LOVED the pool and breakfast was great! I would stay here again just for the pool, it goes to 7ft. and gives ample space for jumping in. The hot tub was HOT. I do think it needs a remodel and some sound-proofing, you could hear the neighbors talking, watching tv and etc. The...

This was one of the odder situations I've seen. We reserved at Hampton and they horribly overbooked and turned many people away - and rebooked us fully paid down the road at the Ramada. Never seen Hampton mess up like that anywhere.
So...the Ramada stay was essentially free. And for a free room courtesy of Hampton, it was pretty good....
