I travel alot and use the Choice Hotels very often. By far, Comfort Suites, Alcoa is my favorite. The owners and kind and helpful and I really am pleased with the whole staffs customer service. I always look forward to seeing them when I come to town.

They live by their name! They have extremely comfortable beds, clean rooms, great, friendly, knowledgeable staff and very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely come here again, with family, friends and business. I had a great experience and be assured you will too! They were very concerned for our comfort and needs!

Could not have asked for a better room which had all the amenities you could ask for. We stayed here three nights while house hunting in the area. Everyone was wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was wonderful.

I spent one night here. It was right across from the airport and convenient, if you are flying in. Several restaurants and stores that are very close. The hotel itself was suitable. Nothing fancy but comfortable.
