This place is A JOKE . The management is horrible and very confrontational if you file a complaint with head office, while still staying there.I'm not one to complain very much but when the MANAGER RIPS A LAUNDRY BASKET OUT OF MY HANDS THEN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE SAID. “DON"T STAY HERE Turned away a 90 year old lady with Therapy cat.”

Don't stay at these places i have stayed once and it was a mess they charge you for everything towels,extra sheets,toilet paper,pots pans etc.Also dial up Internet.I tried to stay at this one in Knoxville with my 90 year old mother that has a therapy cat with a letter from her doctor and they refused to let us stay.VERY RUDE...
