Arrived and checked in after LONG wait in lobby with lots of other people who had to wait also. There was one staff member on duty to handle people waiting to check in, plus was having to answer the constant ringing of the telephone. (She was doing the best she could.) Went up to the room, and it was hot,... More

We do regret the inconvenience you had regarding the Air Conditioner not being up to your expectations. We did check the A/C and found it was set at 66 and was working fine and when we lowered the temp. to 62 it did cool down the room and it blew at 62. There is no excuse for the good service... More

This hotel is perfect for anyone on a budget, It was very clean the towels were nice and fluffy. The staff was really nice. We had a great view from our balcony of Six Flags as well as the Cowboys stadium. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Six Flags Over Texas. It is right there and the... More

we do regret for the inconvenience you had regarding the elevator getting stuck on ground floor and did not respond to the buttons. We do have Kone as our service provider and they came the same night and checked the elevator. We did our best to get your daughters out of the elevators as quick as possible. As far as... More

There are two really good things about this motel: 1. It is a fairly decent motel at a very cheap price! 2. It is extremely close to Six Flags, the Rangers Ballpark, Cowboys Stadium, and a Walmart. If location were everything, this place would be gold. If you have a little bit more money stay at the Sheraton, it is... More

The towels and sheets were wore out and they itched. I would say the thread count was a 2 at most. I was to stay on a Saturday and Sunday but changed my reservations to a Monday stay only. Not only was I charged for the Monday night stay but a $48.00 cancellation fee and $1.50 safe usage fee was... More

Monday night stay. Non-smoking room with king bed. Excellent room rate with AARP card at $40 for two adults. Bed was very comfortable. It was a cold night and the heater worked great and kept the room warm. Nice flat screen tv. Lots of parking in the front and back. Guests were pretty much non-existant on this night stay. The... Stayed here for a Cowboys Game in November and was very pleased. Had a room with two full beds on the pool side and it was clean and quiet. The room was spacious and the TV was great. The clerk recommended a taxi to the game and it was only $6.00 a piece and well worth it as we were... More

I've lived in Arlington my entire life. The Howard Johnson has always been there, but of course I never needed a hotel. That all changed when I moved out of state. I returned for my high school reunion and was looking for a place near my friend's house, my Arlington office and the Sheraton. The ol' HoJo was perfect. Certainly... More

My friends and I stayed at the Howard Johnson Express for one night. We were in town for a Cowboy's game. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from Cowboy Stadium. We had no problems getting to and from the game due to traffic. The hotel itself isn't anything fancy but it was clean and the rooms were adequate. Our... More

Convenient location. You "could" walk to staduim, but probably best to drive. It worked for my husband and I to sleep, however; it is not the establishment in which I would bring a child to. The interstate was non-stop noise all night long. We were even woke at 4am to insainley loud cars flying down the highway. This is an... More

we greatly appreciate your comments and were sorry to know that the highway noise woke you up early in the morning. We do know the sound issue on the highway side and are in the process of Soundproofing that side of the building and hope that will take care of the problem that our guests are facing. We recently renovated... More
