My friend and I stayed for two nights and could not of asked for more. From the beautiful and warm cottages to the delicious organic breakfast which is brought to your room in morning. We stayed in the large cottage, which is decorated in a homely country cottage style. The hosts have not forgotten the small details that make a... More

Beware, this facility has a 14 day cancellation policy and they are NOT flexible even due to a medical situation. They say that if they can rent your room, they will not charge you, but obviously, you have to take their word for it !!! We were charged full price for the 3 nights that we were going to stay... A quiet oasis where they have thought of everything. Very comfortable rooms and so tranquil to sit outside and relax in the garden after a crazy workday. Breakfast is always delicious and the location just of S. Congress can't be beat for walking to dinner, music, and ice cream!

The Park Lane Guest House is perfectly located off S. Congress. It is beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was beyond delicious...so fresh. Shakti, the hostess, was delightful, full of helpful information and answered all of our questions. We will be back!

Calling this a “bed and breakfast” simply doesn't do this place justice, because while it has both a bed and provides a breakfast, those facts are only the beginning here and staying here was the highlight of our vacation. Park Lane is more like a meditative retreat near the lively SoCo area of Austin that just so happens to offer... More

We just spent four wonderful, totally relaxing nights in Park Lane's Carriage House. Having been crazy with work lately, it was the best thing we could've done for ourselves! Our host was so very kind, and was available for our questions, suggestions, and all our needs, yet totally respectful of our privacy. She also served us absolutely the most delicious... More

Personal get away to Austin for 2 nights. Stayed in the SoCo Room in the main house. Very welcoming atmosphere exudes from this place. Would love a cup of the espresso served at breakfast right now! Very convenient to South Congress and all it offers. Backyard is oasis in the midst of a busy city. Hosts were away but I... More

Stayed in the Carriage House which was a large room in a duplex on the property of this cute bed and breakfast. Espresso and coffee machines in the room, along with a small fridge. Clawfoot tub, no standup shower in the room (heavy curtain, no door for bathroom, only drawback). Really enjoyed the outdoor (shared) shower just outside the room.... More

If you are going to Austin, I can't imagine a better place to be. It's just blocks from probably the coolest neighborhood in Austin, yet it is secluded and quiet with beautiful foliage. The rooms are so quaint and beautifully decorated. They have thought of every little detail you might need. (Coffee maker, and espresso machine). I truly can't say... More

I found Park Lane accidentally on the internet when looking for a romantic retreat for me and my boyfriend. We were having dinner downtown that night at Uchi, along with seeing a play, and didn't want to drive all the way back up north. Park Lane is literally in the middle of it all, but on a private street with... More
