The Hilton Garden Inn Northwest in Austin's Arboretum area is conveniently located on 183. The rooms are exactly what one would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn and offer all the comfort and amenities that make a stay here pretty nice. The breakfast buffet is good and offers a nice selection of hot and cold items. The staff is friendly... More

We were greeted by a professional and caring staff. The property is centrally located in the north western Austin area. We enjoyed shopping and eating in the nearby Arboretum. Our room was very clean and appeared to be updated recently. Our room package included a cooked to order breakfast that is also very good. Our children enjoyed the indoor pool... More

It was a birthday trip for someone and 4 of us decided to go to Austin and celebrate. We choose this hotel because of prior reviews and affordability. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights each thru hotels.com. We even told the hotels.com agent to make a note that we would be arriving around 4 am Saturday morning. They noted... More

This Hilton Garden Inn is pretty much like all the others. We had to stay three nights here over the weekend for a wedding that was in town and they met all of our needs. We got the paper in the mornings, they cleaned the room for us when we were gone, they had free coffee and cookies all day,... More

For our first trip to Austin we had a friend check out a handful of hotels we'd looked at on tripadvisor. This was the one he picked and it didn't disappoint. Lovely location, well kept and fabulous staff we were made to feel right at home from the moment we walked up to check in. A great room, nice indoor... More

This is a typical Hilton Garden Inn. I was in town for business and the Hilton Garden Inn was closest to my office which is why I chose it. It's an OK property at a good price. Fortunately, I have the option to stay at other properties in the area so I will probably not stay here again unless I... More

We decided to take an overnight to trip to Austin and reserved the hotel room the same day we arrived. We paid almost twice the regular rate but were optimistic since we've had good experiences with the Hampton Inn Hotels. Our room rate included breakfast vouchers for 2 adults and 2 children. Our room was clean and modern looking. We... More

This is my second stay here, and it's been refurbished since my first stay. Now, there's the in vogue dark fake mahogany wood look. Small bathrooms. The dining area has some nice comfortable seats and benches, and the breakfast seems improved. Service is good and the staff friendly. Reasonably clean. There's a Bone Daddy's across the parking lot. All in... More

Hotel was perfectly clean, friendly and competent. Stylish too if that's your thing. Super convenient to highway. Places around the hotel but price is cheap because it's 15-20 minutes from downtown. More

I have stayed at many different hotels, and many different Hilton Garden Inn's around the country. This is BY FAR the best Garden Inn that I've ever stayed at. The hotel seems brand new, and everything is crisp and clean. The look of the hotel is modern, and the location is easy to get to. It is right off the... More
